The final terms follow. Carsten supplies them from the v1.2 draft (Klimetra_Terms_EN_v1_2_Location_Licence_Draft).

1. About these terms

To come: who Klimetra is, who the terms apply to, and how they are accepted.

2. Your account and team

To come: the owner and members of an establishment, keeping login details safe.

3. Plans, free trial and payment

To come: the three plans, the 14-day free trial with a payment card, monthly renewal, prices incl. VAT, failed payments.

4. Cancelling, changing plan and withdrawal

To come: cancelling at the end of the paid period, downgrades at the next renewal, the right of withdrawal for consumers (see Right of withdrawal).

5. Location licence and use of materials

To come: what counts as a location, where materials may be displayed, display after the subscription ends.

6. Food information and your responsibility

To come: values are estimates; allergens and diets are suggestions the venue reviews and confirms; the venue is responsible for the information it shows its guests.

7. Your data

To come: who owns recipes and content, export, deletion (see the privacy policy).

8. Availability and changes

To come: service availability, updates to the ingredient data, changes to these terms.

9. Liability

To come: limits of liability.

10. Governing law and contact

To come: Danish law, venue, and contact details.
