Questions and answers
- What counts as a location?
- A location is a place where you display Klimetra materials, such as a restaurant or a canteen. Each plan includes a licence for a set number of locations.
- Can my colleagues use Klimetra too?
- Yes. Invite colleagues by email, and you all work on the same recipes, meal plans, and locations. Every plan includes this, with no limit on the number of colleagues. The account owner manages billing and the team.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with 14 days free. A payment card is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged; otherwise the subscription continues at the plan’s monthly price.
- Can I cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time. If you cancel after the trial, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
